AUGUST 16 NORTH MYRTLE BEACH CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA

The North Myrtle Beach City Council meets for a Monday, August 16, Executive Session (6:00 pm) and Meeting (7:00 pm).

The 6:00 pm executive session agenda includes:

-- A discussion regarding a potential amendment to the Parkway Planned Development District Development Agreement related to the Henry Road West tract

-- A legal briefing regarding the First Amendment.

Executive sessions are not open to the public. City Council does not vote in executive sessions.

-- ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: An amendment to the Esperanza Planned Development District, revising it to the Hope Pointe Planned Development District

-- ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: A Development Agreement between the City and NVR, Inc. regarding the Hope Pointe Planned Development District, formerly known as the Esperanza Planned Development District 

-- ORDINANCE/SECOND READING: Annexation and zoning designation for 0.75 acres on Old Crane Road

NEW BUSINESS

-- ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: Request to rezone 5.65 acres on Hill Street from R-3 to R-2A

-- ORDINANCE/FIRST READING:  An amendment to the Waterside Section of the Parkway Group Planned Development District

-- ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: A conveyance of approximately 0.16 acres to Horry Telephone Cooperative (HTC) in exchange for fiber optic services to City facilities

-- ORDINANCE/FIRST READING: A conveyance of approximately 0.60 acres to Hillside Development, LLC in exchange for a drainage easement over property owned by Hillside
