The North Myrtle Beach City Council holds an executive session and special called meeting, on Wednesday, February 10, at 1:30 pm at City Hall. The executive session begins at 1:30 pm, followed by the special called meeting.

The Executive Session Agenda includes a legal briefing regarding a settlement agreement in the hospitality fee litigation, Civil Number 2019-CP-26-01732.
The Meeting Agenda includes consideration of a Resolution to approve a settlement agreement in the hospitality fee litigation and to authorize execution of the said agreement.
