(Energy Movement)

The practice of Qigong/Tai Chi is done in place and relates more towards internal energy and health movement. Joint friendly, relaxing yet energizing movements, improve breathing balance, concentration, coordination, flexibility and strength. 

Qigong/Tai Chi’s flowing movements achieve harmony and balance between the mind and body. The slow, relaxed, non-impact movements of Qigong make it a perfect exercise for all ages at any fitness level AND we have fun!
