Rental Agreement
1. Services are available from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
2. Rentals are consecutive days ONLY. Multiple day rentals must be paid in full the first day.

Inclement Weather Policy is as follows:
In cases of heavy or dangerous weather, seasonal set-ups will follow the same procedures as our standard rental set-ups. During periods of bad weather all umbrellas and chairs will be removed from the beach for reasons of safety. All purchases are nonrefundable.
